Beginners Penis Exercises

The beginners routine is where everbody should start unless you have done some exercises before. This will toughen up the penis for more strenuous exercises later on and prevent any damage. I have included a short version and a longer version, you should follow the short version for a minimum of a week and do the beginners guide for 4 weeks.

The guide below is the one I followed, doing the short one for 2 weeks, it takes hardly any time at all but some people will want to rush straight in to the longer one. The exercise choice relates to the exercise number on the free penis exercises page.

After the 4 weeks are up your penis should be ready for the next step. You can still mix some of these exercises in with the next lot if you like doing any of them in particular. Go to the intermediate penis exercises.
