Free Penis Exercises
Below we have a list of our free penis exercises that will help you to a big penis. Please read the following carefully though, we have added routines as well and you MUST start at the beginner level if you have not done these before. If you jump straight into the advanced routines you will actually hinder your gains instead of speeding them up.
This is because as with normal weight training you build yourself up slowly, if you start by doing 30 minutes of jelqs every day then building up will eventually mean you spend half your day doing them but start with a few minutes and you can keep doubling that weekly for a few months. This is where the free penis exercise routines can be found.

The above free penis exercises are for beginners and we suggest you do these for at least 4 weeks before moving on to the intermediate exercises. The beginners routine is split into 2 sections, we suggest the short workout for 2 weeks then the same for the longer workout.

The above free penis exercises are for the intermediate and should not be started until after 4 weeks in our opinion. Similar to the beginners the intermediate routine should be done 2 weeks on the shorter workout the 2 on the longer. You can also mix in some of the beginners exercises.

The advanced free penis exercises as with the other routines are split into 2. This time do the first for 2 weeks then the 2nd for aa long as is needed. The advanced routine can also include other exercise from the other 2 tables. All tolf the lot should take you a minimum of 3 months so you can then increase the times slightly every 2 weeks.

The above are all extras really and not anything to do with the free penis exercises but you may find them useful. For the measurements try to restrict ourself to measuring at most every 4 weeks, the amount of people who give up because they haven’t seen an improvement over 1 or 2 days is incredible.
