Intermediate Penis Exercises

You should only do the intermediate penis exercises after the beginners routine and should stick with this for a good 4 weeks. After that you should be able to go though the advanced routine without any problems and from there see significant gains.

I won’t explain the table as you should already know having done the beginners routine. As before you don’t have to split it into 2 lots of 2 weeks, you can start on the longer routine if you have time and do that for the full 4 weeks. These routines are ones i followed so i know they work.

After the 4 weeks are up your penis should be ready for the next step. You can still mix some of these exercises in with the next lot if you like doing any of them in particular. Go to the advanced penis exercises.
