I bought this this a week ago so cant say about permanent gains yet but definitely can see the difference. I have gained almost half an inch already if the ruler is to be believed but after reading up i know that initial gains are real good but slow down. I can say its comfortable to wear and easy to put on. I would recommend this and give it 94 from 100.

I bought this extender even though the X4 had a better review. The reason for that was i had a friend who had used one and swore by it (didn’t tell me he had one, accidentally found it so he couldnt deny it then). He told me he had gained 2 inches in 6 months so i thought i’d give it a go. I havent gained as much as him yet but i have managed over an inch in just over 3 months. If i carry on at the same rate then i will be happy when the 6 months are done though i expect i’d carry on going.

After wasting money on all those stupid things that were supposed to help you gain 2 inches in 4 weeks (which are rubbish btw) i finally tried this. A slower solution but this definitely works. I went for the more expensive of the options and bought a good model and used it for 3 months. I’ve gained nearly 1.5 inches so it’s a slow process but works well for getting a bigger penis. I gave this 97 from 100 because it works well if you don’t mind taking the time.
