This would be a fantastic bargain penis extender if all the others hadn’t come down in price. This was the first extender to be available at under $150.
Now that the X4 Labs and SizeGenetics have come down this penis extender is being used less and less but there are still some that prefer it.
Even though the noose type has some drawbacks it can also be said that the noose will hold on a lot better than the straps which is why the X4 and SizeGenetics have incorporated both.

Can it be worn outdoors?
As you can see from the picture it is very small but once it is on and you are stretched it can be noticed so we would suggest against it.
That can also be said for any penis extender so this is not a disadvantage of the Ultimate Stretcher in itself as they all suffer from this and are mainly for indoor use.
How much is the Ultimate Stretcher?
It is still $149 which works out at just under £94 today though this changes with the conversion rate. At that price it is still a bargain way to get a big penis and it really does work.
We would never try to disuade you from buying this as it is a good product but we would suggest looking at the X4 and SizeGenetics first.
