Vimax Review

We have now had to remove the Vimax UK review due to bad reports from too many people. The latest from LC which is added unchanged below with permission highlights too many problems for us.

I bought the Vimax System on April 3rd and received it about a week later.  On April 20th a piece snapped off and I contacted them about it.  They replied and told me they did not sell replacement parts (I personally thought they should send me a free replacement part) and I could not get a refund unless I wore it for 6 months.  Well, I can’t wear it if it is broken!

As you can see above, I have had the device for less than 3 weeks and have had NOTHING but problems!  Upon ordering, I could not access the members area.  When I contacted them, they told me it should work.  When I explained it didn’t, they told me sorry, but they couldn’t do anything (their only solution was to restart the computer, which didn’t work).  On top of not being able to access the material they told me I would have access to, the customer services has been terrible and there were no instructions included in the kit.  (When I contacted them about this matter, they told me to check YouTube).  On top of this, the device broke in less than 3 weeks and they told me there was no refund or replacement parts!  All this after I paid over $200 for the device!

I have requested a refund and have let them know that until I receive it I will make sure to let everyone know that they should NEVER buy this product!!!  Please post this review and take it into consideration with your online review of Vimax System.  I will be posting as many negative reviews of this product as possible until my issue is solved.  In addition, I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau to let them know about how poorly this company is doing so hopefully no one else will waste their money like me!

Vimax System’s motto should be “Crappy product and terrible customer serveice for only $200!”
